Tag/Estate Sales

  1. Unit Owners need to notify the management office of a Tag Sale at least ONE week in advance.
  2. Unit Owners must remit a $200 security deposit by check payable to Acorn Ponds HOA at least ONE week in advance of the Tag or Estate Sale.
  3. The Tag Sale company or the owner MUST provide a security guard to control the traffic on the property.
  4. The Tag Sale is restricted to the unit interior only, not including the garage.
  5. Unit Owners must sign an acknowledgment that they are liable for any injury or damage that occurred during the time of the sale.
  6. Signs are NOT to be posted anywhere on Acorn Ponds property.
