In order to maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of our community roadways, the Acorn Ponds HOA is implementing an updated parking policy regarding oversized vehicles and pickup trucks.
Effective immediately, all oversized vehicles and pickup trucks are restricted to parking only on Acorn Ponds Drive and within designated indented parking areas.
This policy has been enacted to ensure clear passage for emergency vehicles, protect landscaped areas, and maintain the overall aesthetic standards of our community.
Please Note:
- Oversized vehicles include, but are not limited to: large pickup trucks, vans, RVs, trailers, and any vehicle that extends beyond a standard parking space.
- Vehicles found in violation of this policy will be subject to fines in accordance with community rules and regulations.
- Repeat violations may result in further enforcement actions.
